What it is

TruFlex is a non-invasive muscle toning treatment designed to tone, firm and strengthen muscles without surgery or lengthy gym sessions. Using muscle stimulation technology, it recreates the effects of intensive workouts and is tailored to your individual goals and fitness level. Sessions run from 15 to 45 minutes, and you can return to your normal day immediately afterwards.

How it works

TruFlex uses multidirectional muscle stimulation delivered through handpieces placed on the areas you want to target. Three treatment modes simulate different types of intensified workouts, and intensities are adjustable, so the session can be matched to your fitness level and goals. Handpiece placement is customisable, allowing up to eight areas to be treated simultaneously for comprehensive muscle engagement.

What it feels like

How many sessions
